Caitlin + Jack

September 10, 2011, is a date that has loomed large on all wedding pros' calendar. More commonly recited as 9/10/11, this was the must-have date for couples who wanted a special date for their special day. That it was a Saturday in early fall only made it more popular. 

Caitlin and Jack's day lived up to the "bigness" of the date with a beautiful event filled with charming details and fun friends and family. Holding the ceremony at the Cathedral Bascilica gave the ceremony a certain amount of grandness one doesn't often see. 

The reception in the courtyard of the Lemp Mansion was the stuff photographers dream of. I couldn't turn around without running into another unique detail to capture. Don't take my word for it...

I started my coverage at the Chase Park Plaza salon, where Caitlin and her bridesmaids had their hair and makeup done.

Across town in Caitlin and Jack's downtown apartment, second shooter Elisa captured the guys getting ready. Here Jack's father helps him with his tie.

These jars doubled as place cards for the guests.
