Valerie and Scott were married earlier this month on a beautiful, clear day — and I've got the photos to prove it! I started the day at the hotel in Chesterfield with Valerie and the bridesmaids, photographing the details and finishes touches. Before too long it was time to head out to Wildwood for the ceremony. Following the ceremony we made our way to the reception at Windows on Washington with a few stops along the way for photos. Despite the sweltering conditions currently being enjoyed by St. Louis, and the rest of the country for the matter, the wedding party was up for the task, especially after a brief cool-down stop at Bridge. Not that one needs an excuse to stop by Bridge. Valerie and Scott were super laid back and so were their family and friends. Longtime blog followers might remember these two from their fall engagement shoot at Lafayette Park. Take a look and leave a note at the end!

Valerie was definitely prepared for the weather with this summer look.

Our first stop was to Forest Park!

We stopped by a few different locations downtown before hitting up W.O.W.

Valerie and Scott make their grand entrance on the 8th floor.

Love this shot by assistant for the day, Jerry. Get it, love? OK, moving on...

Time for the party to start.

Scott gets a lesson on doing the Thriller dance.

Thanks for having us! It was a really fun day. Congratulations again!
